Please don't go to GDC. They charge a lot of money when the main benefit is socializing outside the conference and add to that the danger of traveling to the U.S and GDC must end. I have a lot of problems with GDC and how they con attendees and speakers with "it's good for your career" bullshit. I haven't gone in years and won't in the future.

The problem with ditching services like Discord or Google Docs or Dropbox isn't me, I'm happy to do it. It's everyones I need to work with. They aren't going to join my self-hosted service just to exchange work files or chat, etc. I've tried.

Running my game without any Vulkan validator errors is strangely satisfying. DirectX doesn’t give a shit, but Vulkan keeps you straight, or else. Thankfully the error messages are so much more useful than 7 years ago when I last did this.

Not everyone can afford a smartphone. Stop making it the primary, and sometimes the only, interface for day to day services. It's like when companies move their customer facing information onto Discord. It's shit. Fucking stop it.

1: Building THE reference implementation web browser, and
2: Being a jugular-snapping attack dog on standards committees.
3: There is no 3.

Mozilla should have NOTHING to do with AI. Nobody wants it. Stop forcing AI into every corner of every project because your VC-brained management have completely lost the plot.
