Damn I really need to be more active on here

Sorry I haven’t posted in a little while. I don’t often talk about this too much to anyone irl but anxiety has been eating me up lately. Things from my past that I don’t want to think about anymore have been coming back to me full force and I wish it would all disappear. I’m not looking for people to be my personal therapist or anything, I just want a place i can finally talk about it on without any judgement and mastodon happens to be that place for me
