It doesn't matter if the sad tangerine prick never posts there again, the fact Musk did this is symbolic enough to hammer the final nail in the coffin. It's no longer safe for decent people.

I'm keeping the account for now, but my time posting on Twitter is over. My time browsing it is done. I used to spend almost an hour every morning checking my feed. Today was the first day in years I haven't done that. I did a spot of writing instead and felt better for it.

@nikki @stephenfry Not to downplay or appropriate their suffering obviously, but I can't imagine a Jewish person being satisfied at being told to "just get along" with someone who despises them, who constantly abuses them, who thinks they're taking "space" away from others. All his rhetoric does is add credence to a transphobic persons hate, and take away from the value of a trans persons life, that they're somehow a minority who doesn't matter as much.
