There are a couple of cheap diffraction-grating based PI camera projects for spectral emission analysis that are probably good enough for getting led lights pretty damn close - once you have the emission spectra then as folks have said, getting the closest colour match (or finding the set of colours with acceptably close matching) is just painful maths
