Phillip our resident ground hog is getting very robust this year. Eleanor, the yard rabbit is Phil’s best friend. If any animal visits our yard more than a few times definitely end up getting names. We call them our visual yard pets, meaning we consider them part of the family but as they are wild animals we appreciate them from a distance. The only exception to this rule are the chipmunks who broke the rule themselves and run up to us for snacks and will actually eat out of our hands.

5 years ago today we adopted Martin & Stella from the MSPCA in Boston. Best decision we could have ever made and couldn’t picture our family with out them. Both have big personalities but individual of each other, absolute cuddle bugs who stole our hearts away the moment we met them. Words can never convey just how much they mean to us. Happy Adoption day Martin & Stella !
