Anyone experience in being an independent scholar with a PhD?

Seriously thinking of changing paths after completing the PhD so any experiences and advice appreciated!

#CfP Working Paper Series
For the third volume of the working paper series we want you to think outside the box and come back to criticize it!
We will accept papers for the following broad topics:
Art
Voice(s)
Decolonising
Transgressions
Creativity & Change
Gender & the Pandemic
Dear reviewer,
a person is not a woman just because their name makes you think so
& I will continue to write Black (Schwarz) in capitals and white (weiß) in italics even though this might not align with the Duden, the holy German spelling book!

We will start our monthly writing and “ranting about academia” group soon!
It will take place
- Every last Friday of the month, starting 27 Jan
- in two sessions: 9am GMT and 9 pm GMT
So that everyone can join!
Write us to get the link 💻
