You don't have to have LC per se to lead into #ME/CFS, just plain old #Covid will do. That should scare the shit out of anyone.
My wife is 11+ years ME/ but fairly functional until 3 years ago when a bout of shingles kicked it into overdrive. Mostly bed/couch bound, too weak to tolerate a vaccine, much less any kind of additional illness. I am her only caregiver, no family/friends nearby, so I'm fully vaxxed & guard my health like her life depends on it. Don't risk it, be safe.
