[Google] MusicLM: Generating Music From Text "We introduce MusicLM, a model generating high-fidelity music from text descriptions such as 'a calming violin melody backed by a distorted guitar riff'. MusicLM casts the process of conditional music generation as a hierarchical sequence-to-sequence modeling task, and it generates music at 24 kHz that remains consistent over several minutes. To clarify: to #vote in the UK in any sort of #election you will now need photo ID - and it's biased to make it easy for older people to vote and harder for younger people.

Student ID and 18+ Rail ID aren't acceptable. 60+ Rail ID is. Driver's licences are, even if expired.

A list of valid ID is at https://www.gov.uk/how-to-vote/photo-id-youll-need
If you don't have photo ID you can apply for a free voter ID at https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate

Please share especially to young people or those without licenses #ukpol

It also feels like something at the end of the show bears repeating: @Gargron, and all the other folks who have been working tirelessly for the past seven years, saved our asses.

To all of you who had the foresight to build Mastodon, a sincere THANK YOU. We're in your debt.
