probably shouldn't say this publicly if I ever want to work on the franchise, but the only good thing chris chibnall did for doctor who was cast a woman in the title role. it was all downhill from there.

Between what I know of Kamen Rider and what I've seen of JAKQ Dengekitai, I'm not sure Shotaro Ishinomori actually understood what a kindergartener was when he was told to make TV shows for them.

In Red/Blue/Yellow, Giovanni should've had his full gym team at gym levels for the entire game, and the battles should've been scripted to continue the game when you lose (like the first Rival battle). Then you showdown with him at Viridian gym and finally kick his ass, and it's all the more satisfying for having failed before.
