Fiona Martin is not your typical landlord, she is a member of the Australian Landlord's Association executive and has an extensive background as a real estate owner's advocate. No mention of this in this SMH article.

Anyone using the Ballan - Daylesford Rd (C141) in country Victoria: please take extreme care! The road is in shocking condition at the moment. Huge potholes on the driving line — especially in the 100km/h section b/w #Daylesford & Sailor's Falls. 4X4s & larger AWDs *should* be okay, but if you're in a small or passenger car, be super careful, as you could lose control at speed. Cyclists should give it a complete miss!
