Two caps leaning in, one heart-shaped petal lying in wait — proof that nature is a hopeless romantic. Shot on the shores of Lake Daylesford, where even the fungi are getting frisky. 🍄 #LakeDaylesford #Daylesford #MacroPhotography #MushroomPhotography #Fungi #Victoria #NatureRomance #Photography

Here's a few previews from this months zine. I hope this edition conveys a little of how lovely the Daylesford area is. The farms embraced by forests and native gum trees.

I didn't get any kangaroo shots this year, but will make up for that in next month's edition :)

Just a few more from the market before I bore everybody to death with me photos.

The produce in regional Victoria really is amazing. Daylesford is especially lovely for the small producers who sell their goods at the weekend market.

Small is good :)

We wrapped the workshop today. Sharing a few more pics here from the weekend. Yesterday started with a trip to the farmers market in Daylesford, and loads of luscious sunlight :)

Food Photography Workshop this weekend. Possibly the most special thing me and Shellie do. It's a peaceful location in the countryside. A deep expression of our creative and technical offerings. Decades of knowledge and experience wrapped into four days. And our guests get so much out of it.

We feel good doing this.

Below is the Nikon Zfc collection because Sharon here is sporting her cute little camera with the TT Artisan 35mm F1.8 lens and I just love it when somebody finds their joy in photography.

Op shop at risk of closure after donation leaves volunteer 'traumatised'

In short:

The Daylesford Community Op Shop has temporarily closed due to a donation infested with bed bugs.

The store has lost thousands of dollars’ worth of items and spent about $3,000 on cleaning services so far.

What’s next?

The store cannot reopen until two further deep cleans have been completed and there are fears the financial impact will be too much to overcome.
