Recently saw a post from @w4v3 encouraging people to draw sharks and it reminded me that ohai.social has a very cute cat-shark mascot.
Only got to do a bit of sketching so far, but it was fun. I'd been wanting to draw for a couple days now.
Also some random fish creature decided to sneak in

This week has been all about restructuring.
Moved to CachyOS, which of course lead to a new file-organization system.
End of my student visa, which meant a lot of paper-work, appointments and the need to prioritize (not my strongest skill)
And also migrated to a new instance! Which seems like a good time to reframe how I wish to engage with social media
Although being such a wonderful animal, some people think of a monster when they see a shark but the many people that dive to sharks and be next to them under water prove the opposite.
Let's draw sharks to show the soft side of the aesthetic swimmers.
Here I tried to find the most important lines and for the first time I tried a shadow with my line art.
