@Zygos I hope the third line of the chorus ends up being incorrect
@MartyCormack @wav3ydave May 22, 2022 … several inches, so not a huge storm, but certainly put a wrinkle into riding outside for a day or two (at least for me, given I do not own a fat bike 😁)

@wav3ydave @MartyCormack Is this when I should mention it's forecasted to reach over 80 Β°F / 27 Β°C in my neck of the woods (Colorado) for Saturday's planned ride? πŸ₯΅

[For those not familiar, it is not uncommon to be hit with a 3 foot / 1 meter snowfall in the Denver Metro area in March … see 2024, 2021, and 2003]

Bonkers weather. πŸ€ͺ

@Zygos And a weird side note…

Matt's last rest day was December 20, 2024.

My last rest day was December 18, 2023.

But I only rode every day in 2024. Since the start of 2025, some days are either only resistance training or the rower (like this morning 😁)

@Zygos Holy πŸ’©!

I think I've done that much climbing during the previous *six years* combined. And as you alluded to, I consider myself a climber.

That is just bonkers. The most I've done in one year is ~585k feet, or a bit over 178 km. I could not imagine climbing over 800 km more within a single year.

What an achievement. And thank you for tagging me on this πŸ‘

Or the name of the church of my youth. CCD class after school once per week. Part of my history, I guess.

@bud_t And hopefully all are OK from the crash ~3km out

@mhoye "Turn on light"

Oh … wait. πŸ˜‰

@Zygos I ate some Skratch sour cherry chews during my Zwift ride…

I would have definitely traded for a slice of cherry pie (by far my favorite). πŸ˜‹

And our delivery today was dog food and treats.

Your day Β» my day πŸ€ͺ

@Zygos @rvaughnmd That is πŸ’― due to Shimano … once SRAM purchased Hammerhead, Shimano forced them to remove Di2 support from the Karoo.

I believe Ki2 works on the new Karoo, although as I have SRAM on my bike (OK, bikes … I'll admit it 😁) I have not followed this effort / capability as deeply as could be done.
