After upgrading my server I noticed that planka wasn't working. It shows up as unhealthy. Never thought that running a server is like having a tamagotchi, I'm going to take my container to the doctor.

After getting the right saturation, I made the whole color triangle, it was harder than expected since every hexagon holds just 1ml of resin.
Except for a few spaces it ended looking pretty well, and helped me a lot to get the turquoise color. Couldn't get the red with this range so I had to use other paints.
#100DaysToOffload day 24:
Today I made some color tests to check the intensity of the resin pigments, left some more color swatches printing, so tomorrow i can check the color combinations.
#100DaysToOffload Day 23:
Today I learned about top down design for mechanisms on #Freecad following MangoJellys Tutorial. It's amazing how much it improved in the last year.
I remember that some years ago I tried Freecad for the first time, and it was such an stressfull situation, that I abandoned it until I heard that 1.0 was realeased and tried it again.
Here is the tutorial I followed:

Here is the improved version, didn't print it since the first one works for me.
the improvements are:
- made a bigger box for 1$ coin, since the majority of the coins are those
- moved the deck to be on the top part, that allowed a wall to be placed between the tokens and the money to avoid mixing
- also made some micro adjustments to some dimensions for a better fit
as promised its published here: https://www.printables.com/model/1540287-mascarade-insert-with-expansion-holds-sleeved-card
#100DaysToOffload day 21:
Today I designed an insert for the boardgame Mascarade, after printing it I noticed that it can be improved a bit, by adding a wall to hold the cards in place and the tokens fit a bit better.
Will make the changes and upload it tomorrow.

On a last rush to finish reading an extra book before the end of the year, I read The Liminal Zone by junji ito.
The last story, Slumber, truly stood out to me. Is about a guy that vividly remembers committing murders, but the only possible explanation is that he did them while sleeping.
#100DaysToOffload Day 14
I'm designing a screw pump on #Freecad, here is the exploded view of the WIP, I still don't know how to connect it to the rest of the system
#100DaysToOffload Day 10:
About a week ago I designed a clapperboard on Inkscape.
First I tried on Freecad, but I was having difficulty making the assembly and adding text. Since it was to play Very Horror Stories the next day I didn't have time to experiment.
It was cut on 6mm MDF, the thin lines are cut on 3mm MDF. And the joint was 3d printed 1mm thick.
During the week my wife painted it and here it's the final result.
btw is there any way to have parametric design on inkscape? it would be nice to use it for laser cutting patterns
#100DaysToOffload Day 5: today i learned the importance of doing a test run, and monitoring the laser cutter. Fortunately nothing else was damaged.
