My first trip to #TheGlobeInn near Newton St Loe, #Bath since their revamp, and I must say I’m very impressed with the changes.

Gone are the hard chairs and bar tables… in come comfortable and cozy bench seating, more intimate #pub dining areas, event spaces, and a wheelchair ramp down to the #restaurant zone. Well done to the team involved. 🍺🥧

We're hosting school work experience kids this week. Going to give them each a USB drive with several Live versions of Linux on it before they leave.

Just discovered https://www.ventoy.net , which lets you stick multiple .ISO files on a single disk and choose which one to boot from upon startup. It's the coolest piece of software I seen in years!

Ventoy is an open source tool to create bootable USB drive for ISO files. With ventoy, you don't need to format the disk again and again, you just need to copy the iso file to the USB drive and boot it.
