If you look at “get back into exercise” plans, they almost all start with something like “do 5 minutes several times/day”.
Doing even that on a regular basis, spread evenly throughout the day is too much. I had 3 multi hour naps today. It was just walk the dog, doomscroll, eat & nap.
Hopefully we can move to “long leash in the backyard” soon so I can sit while she roams. Verticality is not my strong suit these days.
