A #running milestone for me: at the start of 2023, my VO² Max was in the red, literally at the bottom of the dial on my Garmin. I just tipped over into the green for the first time.

Not sure how reliable a measure this is, but I do feel good!

#Parkrun 100th run this morning, back at my home course of #PlymValley.

I've been running sporadically for 10 years to get to 100, but 25 of my Parkruns have been in 2023. Feels like I have really hit my stride and it is finally sticking!

Another visit to the beautiful #TamarTrails #Parkrun this morning. It's not my closest venue, but it really is worth a trip.

Aside from how beautiful this place is, I feel like I'm improving here. After a long period of poor fitness, I'm seconds away from doing the 5K within 30 minutes again (30:17).

A relatively slow year on #Xbox for GamerScore. Should break 400K in 2023, though. #NerdGaming

Just done a new #ParkRun location (new for me at least) while visiting family in #Hastings.

The sea breeze certainly wakes you up. 😬

I realise these #ParkRun times are nothing special (I used to run #PlymValley in under 25:00), but I'm really pleased with the progress I'm making back to fitness.

33:59 today, and hoping to make it under 30:00 soon.

Hmm... already some weirdness.

I'm digging the atmosphere, but two crashes and a typo in the first section is not the best start.

Day off today, and #TheCallistoProtocol is out.

As a fan of the #DeadSpace series I am really looking forward to getting into this spiritual successor.

Just about to start on #Xbox #SeriesX. Wish me luck!
