British Gas have finally sorted out the issues they caused when I moved - only taken them just over 3 months - numerous phone calls, and messages and I’ve now got a date for a smart (not so) meter to be fitted - what changed - I told them I couldn’t pay my direct debit, which I don’t have and they answered the phone 😂
