In France inflation is currently at 6.2%
In the UK its higher than almost everywhere at 11.1%.
The French Govt. nationalised the remaining private part of EDF, and then capped energy price rises tat 4%, dwarfing the Tories meagre £457 payment (which will barely help most people), while they allow energy firms (most of whom donate to the Tory party) to make record profits.
So tell me again why the EU were a bad choice and the Tories a good one?

This is the fourth article I’ve seen today in different UK newspapers, reporting yet another expert view that Brexit is the major cause of UK’s misery and economic collapse.
Public opinion now believes Brexit was a mistake.
And out come the experts to verify what many of us knew, that It was always going to be a disaster….perhaps there’s only Jeremy Hunt and a bunch of extremists and xenophobes who still grit their teeth and claim it’s a success

Financial experts, economic advisers & even the odd Tory politician are finally acknowledging the majority held public view that Brexit has been a disaster that has utterly destroyed the UK’s economy.

"Take Back Control" they said, then took it for themselves while crushing the UK’s poorest with austerity & handing huge profits to the rich.
So they blamed foreigners & ended free movement.
And now we desperately need workers in farming, care homes, NHS and many other areas.
They said leaving the EU would set us free.
But it was OUR freedom to work & travel easily in the EU 27 that they stole when they crashed the UK
