So I figured out that sugar has to be added to bread so it can be converted into CO2. Which creates the fluffiness, so while the ingredients list sugar in bread it actually has less calories. My query is how many calories actually exist within bread? The listed calories are derived from ingredients gross calories. Due to the chemical process there is actually less in the finale product.

I have been alpha testing Erika, a phishing detection software that monitors and flags emails on an email server, effectively preventing these attempts from succeeding. It works like a charm! I have even been engaging with the novice attackers attempting to extort me.
