This guy sums up BEUTIFULLY how #Temu is a blight on our society:
"Let's take away privileges, generally treat everyone like dog shit, and see how that affects our $69 billion dollar investment"
- Hock E. Tan
Taking away remote work is one thing, but responding to employee questions with snark and sarcasm when asking about upholding diversity resources is far beyond a difference of opinion.

IF A COMPANY RELEASES INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR OWN PRODUCT IT'S NOT A FUCKING LEAK
To all my #helpdesk homies, If your current employer won't give you a raise, find someone else who will.
Helpdesk is a fucking gold mine for hard working, intelligent employees. If you have a helpdesk tech who's not only excelling at their own responsibilities, but actively seeking out more, and also learning and trying to improve themselves, THEY WILL NEVER STAY IN HELPDESK NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY TO KEEP THEM THERE. They will get a job somewhere else, and you will have lost a good employee.
I'm so sick of hearing my IT friends telling me they're being passed up for promotions because leadership wants them doing the same shit every day until they die. Hard work is rewarded with more shit and no pay, and CEO's are crying about people not willing to give even a single calorie of effort beyond the absolute bare minimum requirements.
So I was officially diagnosed with #ADHD again! I was diagnosed as a kid but haven't taken meds in like 13/14 years. I learned to cope with it but after starting a higher level position with no clearly defined structure, my ability to stay focused was non-existent.
I learned that my #caffeine addiction is a direct result of my ADHD as well. My brain is constantly looking for stimulation and caffeine is a stimulant. So I can literally drink coffee at 11pm and sleep like a baby. It stimulates my brain and calms my mind. It's the same reason you can give a child with ADHD Ritalin and they don't spontaneously combust. But to a college kid with no ADHD, Ritalin and is literally a commodity drug.
I'm excited to not only get some meds to help me focus, but to also have some non-medicated ways to trick myself into being productive.
Not gonna lie, I'm actually glad ADHD has been such a fad lately. It made me realize I'm not a lazy piece of shit and there's a reason I have a hard time getting certain tasks done. If you're one of those people that see's all the ADHD meme and laugh/cries because they hit so close to home, GO GET TESTED!
