I'm an early #medievalist, focusing on the #history of #law and #lawbooks from the sixth to thirteenth centuries. Postdoc historian on the #PresentDead project.
I'm also slowly creating a #ttrpg game based on the early #medieval #Lombard laws, #LangobardRPG. He/him.

Well, it's been over 30 years since I first joined in a #ttrpg, and I've only played different versions of this one twice in all that time - but I've finally bought my own core rules set! For research-workยน

ยน seriously,ยฒ hurrah!
ยฒ ok, and for fun ๐Ÿ˜‰

The #LangobardRPG playtest last night went very well, here are my two players - Barbara and Fernando at the end of the session, having figured out the whodunnit ๐Ÿ˜

We had fun (even if Barbara's dice-rolling is jinxed ๐Ÿ˜‰), and I got some lovely feedback on the #ttrpg game mechanism (and my GMing) and motivation to keep writing it up!
