We're now at second generation of fully remote employees. Meaning it's not just employees who worked together at the office and switched to remote during pandemic.
Hiring and managing employees fully remote from the start requires selecting employees who are highly motivated, take initiative, strong work ethics. It's a thin slice of the population.

It's a lot hard to engage EEs with the company, mission, co-workers. Work is drifting toward transactional. Work for pay. Period.
