When I was a kid I used to read the books my mother (and grandmother) were reading before they returned them to the library.

There is a sentiment going around that we should allow hate speech on social platforms so we know who are the racists, bigots, and idiots.

Beware. This may sound good but the problem not addressed is that those with millions of followers are viewed as leaders and authorities. They empower other racists, bigots and idiots to ACT on this hate. They grow and nurture hate.

Keep this in mind as we will hear more framing around this as an excuse for why allowing hate on social media is a good thing.

US Voluntary Employee Turnover Rates peaked in the spring this year at 38.3%.

In 2018 during that same time period voluntary turnover was 29.1% -- which at the time we thought was high.

Traditionally in the past voluntary turnover in the US would hover at around 15%.
