People also pulled fire alarms and released swarms of maggots and crickets at the Watergate Hotel dining hall, where Netanyahu was set to dine.

@OkayKay In the 1950s, the girl’s grammar school I attended didn’t allow the wearing of petticoats. Long hair had to be tied up. I got a detention for wearing my beret in an unapproved manner. Appearance was obviously much more important than actual education. There weren’t even any boys.

They cared and tirelessly looked after our own loved ones all the while their friends and colleagues were passing.
