@haikushack That has absolutely been my experience. Through that pain I've learned that the closer I get to the core of me the more I find love, compassion, and true understanding. The pain has been at times an overwhelming torment, but it has been a surgical knife which has cut into the heart of me and showed me what I was too blind to see before.
@JeffC1956 I believe so. I believe when I'm accomplishing that which reinforces and progresses my values and nurtures my true self in the process, that provides meaning and purpose. My soul grows stronger and more confident with each action and whisper of love and dedication to that which is true within me, and in that I find peace and serenity.

It feels like the inner child within me is that creative soul that loves life, as you said, that needs to explore the infinite and find meaning within it that shines to my eyes and heart, and then share that with the world so they can feel the warmth of its glow and hurt a little less.

Northwest winters can be magical. Early morning skies so magical and blue, like the eyes of a lover opening slowly and gazing deeply into your soul and communicating wordlessly their love and adoration. Grab that coffee and stare into the deep, accepting that love that makes you feel unstoppable. Then write! You are loved!
