@moragperkins Sorry - I meant GLPS - Gaelic Language in Primary Schools. It was a course designed to get you to a standard good enough to teach it. It was exemplary - but well out of practice now.

@moragperkins Did my GPS a few years ago and wanted to take it further. Still do, but tricky finding time and manageable ways to do it. Any ideas?

@seanmunger She was a beautiful liner. My neighbour worked for his father's joinery business and went up to Faslane when she was broken up in the 1950s. Said her carpentry was stunning - they took panels from her which then furnished a pub in Rutherglen, I believe. He felt it was a kind of vandalism to break her up.
