A mix of feelings...
This is the texts that inspired White Page Gallery/s.
Well, one of the many is more correct but this one really helped to push the idea forwards.
WPG/s idea is motivated by a mix of feelings, of course related to the wish of evading the social media borders.
I am not against social media but I believe there can be better ways, the #fediverse is one of those. So, one of the main feeling on which WPG/s is becoming is still that of reclaiming our online space and do that elevating the use and purpose of our own websites more than our user profiles.
WPG/s was never meant to be an alternative to social media, but a ground to experience #art online and human relations outside #socialmedia, do not depend exclusively on them.

Errors lead us towards the searching of solutions. Even just this could be enough to dare without fearing of making mistakes. We should value success, of course, but not stick to one solution just because it works. There are always other alternatives to explore. Think in #glitch
Excercise in imagination...and action.
Most people believe that pursing an art career is only worth it if you make money out of it. Now, let's imagine all #art made without making money disappear and only art making money stay. Visualize. Desolation. Now, imagine the other way round. Visualize. Nobody would even notice. Now, imagine artists being paid for the works they make. Can you see happy artists? Well, you should >:-D
This is the truth. Most of the art we see and love everyday was is made by artists that truly believe in what they do, hard work, sacrifice and passion.
It is time that we start to sort out the artists #workrights.
