New: A lawyer for Ray Epps has demanded a retraction & a formal on-air apology from #TuckerCarlson for his "false and defamatory statements" about Epps on #Fox

The Epps letter requested that Carlson and Fox send written confirmation that they intended to comply with Epps’s demands by March 31.

It also advised Fox to preserve all communications concerning the network’s arrangement with Kevin McCarthy over videos given to Fox. #ClusterFox #legal

My rescue pup spent the first 6 months of her life on her own in a shed, then the next year at an SSPCA shelter. When I adopted her, she had no experience of the outside world so was terrified to step out the front door. Now, she’s happy to come hiking with me. Sometimes, though, when we come across a view, she stops and sits for a few minutes to absorb her surroundings before we can move on again.
