@chopaganda The building manager where I used to work in CO. He did it with a dog and a handgun (I think those are the rules, but could be wrong). Takes some big balls regardless.

@chopaganda We have had SimpliSafe for a few years. Remote operation is good, devices hold up but batteries do need changing. Monitoring has worked and they call you when an alarm trips. We use the cameras when we are OOT and they have blue lights on them which is probably enough to have the troublemakers move on to the neighbors. I have control and no contracts. Would buy again. PS. I have had Sonos since 2005 and would put it in that category of high product quality.
