Anyone with ADHD got any tips on managing that?
Like, how do you come to terms with the fact that, no matter how much you care about your friends, you're not often going to be on the top of their mind to talk to you, respond to you, or invite you to things. Even when they are for others.
I know it's nothing personal and they do care about me but gosh it's hard to internalise.
Moving stuff from your desk to your bed when you use your computer.
Moving that stuff from your bed to your desk when you go to sleep.
Why can't I just make myself put that stuff away? 😂
