@danjones000 Since getting diagnosed with both ADHD and autism Im finding myself questioning everything and over analysis. It does take quite a while to process I guess. I waited till 49 to get a diagnosis. I guess it gives you rational introspection that you cant accurately achive before diagnosis. I've been struggling with meds, they give me a window where its easier to be productive but it doesnt last for long.

So does the L-tyrosine needed to maintain dopimine production? i.e. Elvanse facilitate production but needs raw materials? I just switched back to Elvance as the Medikinet XL was nuking my whole day apart from a window of only a few hours.

My day is mainly zombie mode. The time between the times of 09:00..13:00 Im ok. I guess the meds do their thing, not that I really notice much. After that I'm using will power to stop myself going unconcious. I guess I've got to the point where I've exausted all stimulants. All I get is side-effects and pretty much no positives. #adhd #zombiemode
