Does anyone know where I can get just any ADHD meds without a prescription

I know this sounds brash and extreme, but; my local healthcare system is so fucked, I have not been able to get a GP's appointment in 6 years, private healthcare wont do anything without me first seeing a GP; and I have gotten so severe I forgot to buy toilet paper for 8 months and I sometimes get so task paralyzed I can't get out of bed for days, and if things continue I cannot see myself continuing to live

Doesn't Finland have a history of taking children away and given them to #Finnish people?
Just to compare: This family is rich, they have a house, they live on the country side, they are straight and neurotypical.

While we are not rich, we live in a flat, in the city, we #queer (my wife is non-binary, I don't care for my gender..), we are #neurodivergent with #AuADHD.

I'm loosing it. I wish I was rich enough so I can sue their asses..

Psychiatrists in Australia are doing the "my way or the highway" when it comes to patient management + transcription services, forcing us to give our data to AI.

This is why as someone with #ADHD, I no longer see a #psychiatrist sorting out meds with my GP instead. Because when psychiatrists are cool with killing people + planet, what other shitfuckery are they doing to you?

At different times in my life I have had to deal with severe depression (probably autistic burnout & overwhelm after dealing with bereavements & other traumas a) &, to a lesser degree, anxiety. Which is probably pretty normal for many/most autistic &/or ADHD folks.

Like many people, I’ve tried various relaxation techniques & approaches over the years, but I’ve also been a bit ambivalent about them. Obviously they can help some people sometimes to deal with short term situations, but I often felt suspicious of wellness gurus wearing pasted on beatific smiles. (Probably an unconscious reaction against yet more masking!)

This morning, in an attempt to do yet more cat proofing (George proofing) of our backyard, I did a bit of hammering. It was tough. I really had to wield that hammer! And failed. (Partner used self tapping screws later.) But trying to bash those nails in was really therapeutic!

My back has been bothering me, which had limited my exercise which doesn’t help. The problem is that when I am feeling good (or not noticing when somethings not quite right), I sometimes overdo it.

It’s all about balance and moderation, which is just a bit of a challenge for a lot of us neurodivergent folk..,

Anxiety in #ADHD feels to me like being a deer on frozen in place on a road. Where the car lights
flash on it until the car hits the deer - crashing the the whole thing.
The car in this instance is the thing that makes me anxious.

I finally understood the purpose of all bookmarking apps or notes as “cognitive cold storage” that we proverbially almost never access.

That's because we have barely enough resources to dump stuff into the CCS, and we definitely don't have enough of them to use that storage.

I stopped taking my ADHD medication about two month ago, they are all pretty much completely useless. #adhd #auadhd

I’ve been thinking about this a bit lately, & with regards to change.

Autistic people tend to dislike or cope poorly with change. But ADHDers often love & instigate change. And I’m both. (Another reason why I dispute the categorisation of neurodivergence.)

I like change! Except when I don’t and find it distracting or unnerving or discombobulating. And sometimes, lack of change bores me & I lose interest.

Sometimes I have bursts of energy where I will think of lots of great ideas for things to do.

And the now the thought of having to swap my orthotics out of one pair of shoes into another is exhausting.
