Finally stabalised on 60mg of Elvanse. #adhd #auadhd Pretty sure I do a bit better with 100mg of caffeine on top of that first thing. 😛

Not Coffee though, coffee gives me a headache but actual caffeine doesn't?

My day is mainly zombie mode. The time between the times of 09:00..13:00 Im ok. I guess the meds do their thing, not that I really notice much. After that I'm using will power to stop myself going unconcious. I guess I've got to the point where I've exausted all stimulants. All I get is side-effects and pretty much no positives. #adhd #zombiemode

I'm noticing lots of people with #adhd have issues with reading etc. I've always had a good experience with reading, I can also read quite fast. Sometimes I will think I've not been paying attention and re-read a section to find that I've not skipped anything.

If you use one, I’ll probably skip the text altogether. If I’m forced to read it for some reason, I won’t take either the content or the author seriously.

I've been totally exausted the last few days. Im on day 7 of 30mg of Medikinet XL, I've ramped up over a month from 10mg, then 20, now 30mg. I feel like without 200mg of caffiene in the morning I can barely open my eyes. Then there's a window of about 5 hours then Im struggling to not flop unconscious. Never had this with plain Mediknet or dexamfetamine. #adhd
