No more email invitations – simply share the link to the room you have created with the people you want to talk to and voilà! The protocol is already built into all modern browsers so no installs either.

Enterprises could setup their own internal signalling server (it is #FOSS) after all.

@danie10 You could also use spreed.me integrated in #NextCloud or even go full monty with #Kopano, NextCloud and #Libreoffice Collabora integrated to get a full #Office365 replacement. :-) #OpenSource #FreeSW

@danie10 I got that ;-) NextCloud is the proper #OpenSource evolution of OwnCloud & I upgraded all my instances to it.

I generally use Kopano do manage email and video conferencing with NextCloud integrated to it which in turn integrates Collabora Office (LibreOffice for the web) so that I can save attachments in it and edit them in a browser with colleagues.
