Doug Webb@mattcropp yes I saw that too... Didn't thrill me unfortunately! I've yet to see any compelling reason to use rcv over #scorevoting, especially in groups where there is a degree of trust. I chatted with them about this and there was some positive response, Rcv was developed for commission.
