#SocialCoop PSA: emails from Mastodon, including verification emails for new accounts, are not being delivered because of our email provider (Mailgun) restricting our whole account in a relatively draconian response to a mistake I personally made while trying to fix email sending for our Bonfire instance.

The two instances are independent and I thought our email configuration was as well, but clearly I was wrong :) Apologies for the disruption!

I'm talking to support and hoping to get this restored today.

Wow, reading the #Socialcoop local feed is quite illuminating!

People are posting a variety of interesting and cozy content which is nice. They are also getting a fair amount of "engagement". Yet there is also almost zero chance I would have seen any of this in my main timeline because of how Mastodon works.
