MathzyAnd, in sympathy with the UK heatwave, here's my Uncle Mike helping me dig what I thought at the time was the deepest beach hole ever on a hot day at Sandown on the Isle of Wight in 1977.
Mike sadly died in 2006 at the age of 58, but he was one of those 'great uncles'.
Another of his achievements was introducing us to 'Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds' in 1979.
