PS: Land ownership is a concept with some interesting looking challenges from Georgist economics. I like the notion of abolishing it and supporting ownership-like land use by renting land from everyone else.

“average person owns some land” factoid actualy just statistical error. average person owns 0 land. Landowners Georg, who lives in a tax haven country & owns all the land in a different country, is an outlier adn should not have been counted
