Anna Anthro#CAQ govt will require #Quebec universities - #Concordia, #Bishop’s and #McGill - to raise the French language proficiency of its students.
Sixty percent of their students must reach level 4 French proficiency or provincial funding will have to be repaid by the universities.
Similar rules were already put in place for students at English #CEGEPs two years ago.
