Another one from fraction 9. This time it is their Ruby Pulse, with thermal shock processing.
Brew smells slightly sweet, fruity, wine-like with a minor burnt smell.
There is a very slight upfront bitterness with mostly fruity acidity otherwise. There is also a wine-like fermented note. The fruity acidity is sustained throughout the cup; tastes most like grapes or red wine to me.
