It wouldn't serve any military goal, would destroy important cultural heritage which has nothing to do with Putin and would only follow an "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth" death spiral.
Ukraine's valuable military resources should be spend on military targets and where it hurts Putin and his crownies economically: fossil production facilities.
