@Wallflower I’m pretty happy about it. We met through a mutual AA connection and have both been sober our whole marriage. We love to try to outdo one another with horror stories from our past.

@middleclasstool Our second date was to birthday night at what is now my home group. I was just a couple months sober at the time and it was such a huge ray of light.
@Devils_Rancher That's a sweet story. Though I don't believe she could have gotten sober at age six, and you shouldn't have been dating first graders.
@middleclasstool Ha, she sobered up at 26. When we met I was 35 & she was 38. It has been a few days.

John Breen@Devils_Rancher I just went outside to pick a wildflower so I could use it to attract and transport-outside a small Bumble Bee that had found its way into my living area, which I thought was a great use of tools at hand. The wildflower being the tool in this case !
