in the "fuck/ marry/ kill" format, i'm sorry, but i do not want to have sex with the likes of twitter or facebook. eww
in the much simpler "fuck you" format, fuck plutocrat "freeze peach" manipulated social media
mastodon/ the fediverse is cool
@Inverse_Shadow @cmconseils There is no line. NegaMax is AI.
But that's not what's important. The AI issue isn't a technological one. Yeah, it takes a lot of compute power but that doesn't mean it needs to be the ONLY thing we dedicate our entire future and infrastructure to computing. Doesn't mean we have to let companies steal from all of us. These are social and political problems being forced on us by really stupid, greedy shitheads.
hurray. let's share this in social media..... ?!?
I don't mind the sentiment, but most books are gibberish.
@rayotron @cmconseils what is with books written by AI?
they like books but no AI, so combining them gives them a neutral view on AI books?
@utf_7 @cmconseils
Good question! Maybe so. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What if they married a book but later learned it was written by AI? Would they get a divorce? What about the children?

@cmconseils I understand the sentiment here, but I'd like to throw my 2 cents here.
Are all books marriage material? No, not necessarily.
I think what's missing nowadays is the skill of critical thinking.
Are all social media bad? No, not really. Social media woke us up to a lot of things that we couldn't see before via corporate media.
Social media, is just a medium, just like books. What really matters is, can we as individuals think about the message critically. Can we distinguish the difference between a fact and an opinion? Can we accept that there is no absolutes in every argument (violation of human rights as the exception).
Again, I understand the sentiment but let's say books can also be biased

I can agree to an extent. The irony of responding to this on a social media platform is not lost on me though.
As for marrying books, I'd prefer to read them. Some are definately single.
