Two days ago, we launched a #Sailboat a 25ft O'Day named LUKE, after a beloved dog. This reverses an operation we did last November.

I've seen videos of people "stepping the mast" using the boom as a lever, stayed by a custom harness (I built one and tried it) but for this size/weight mast, on level ground, in fair weather, 3 relatively sturdy people can do this Iwo Jima style.
