@katrinakatrinka @LeslieBurns I more commonly hear that the LDS doctrine that god has ancestors and siblings makes the LDS polytheistic and therefore not Christian. Never mind that in LDS theology, âgodâ is more like âfatherâ, and we would only have the one, even if other similar beings exist.
This from the same people who assert Catholics arenât Christians because people pray to saints for intercession. They just figure the LDS arenât a big enough bloc to be worth appeasing anymore, while the Catholics still are.
