@Mastodon apparently importing followers is broken, or is it a feature that one cannot import large lists of followers?

@Mastodon Same issue applies to Bookmarks.

Do I really have to split the exports into 19.999 lines each?

Also that'll make importing even more labourous...

I guess that explains why so many folks don't use mastodon.social...

So does anyone know a good method to automate this extensive import job?

Like some "API 0" style thing to workaround these limitations?

I guess I've to file this as bug report on @Mastodon's #github then…
