L'idea era stata lanciata dall'amico Fiorello ma la porta della Rai per Amadeus sembra chiusa. un ritorno a Viale Mazzini del conduttore? "Non mi risulta, è una persona a cui sono molto legato ma che ha fatto una scelta chiara e netta due anni fa per approdare ad altri lidi, la Rai ha straordinari talent portando Sanremo con Carlo Conti a dei record storici", ha detto l'ad del servizio pubblico Giampaolo Rossi intervenuto a Venezia all'evento de Il Foglio per la Festa dell'Innovazione.
"Abbiamo investito sulla figura di Stefano De Martino, che non è un conduttore, ma che credo sarà una delle grandi risorse artistiche della tv. La Rai ha ampio spazio di manovra", ha detto ancora il dirigente sul prossimo Festival, il primo del ballerino e già navigato conduttore.
La coppia Fiorello-Amadeus era tornata insieme nella penultima puntata de 'La Pennicanza' su Radio2, il programma condotto dallo showman siciliano che - nel corso dell'anno - non ha mai mancato di strizzare l'occhio al collega, chiedendo tra il serio e il faceto di un suo ritorno in Rai. Al momento come confermato dalle odierne dichiarazioni sembra escluso, nonostante il coro dei due sulle note di 'Non Amarmi': "Dimmi perché piangi? Di felicità. E perché non torni? Questo non si sa. Anche se la Rai ha dei muri enormi, io non ho paura e voglio superarli".

The Fiorello-Amadeus couple had returned together in the penultimate episode of ‘La Pennicanza’ on Radio2, the program hosted by the Sicilian showman who – throughout the year – had never failed to cast a glance at his colleague, jokingly asking for his return to Rai. At the moment, as confirmed by today’s statements, it seems ruled out, despite the couple’s song “Don’t Cry For Me” – “Tell me why you cry? Because of happiness. And why don’t you come back? That’s unknown. Even if Rai has enormous walls, I’m not afraid and I want to overcome them.”
