I had some trouble with the location of UI to show more info during building placement.

Initially it was in the bottom right corner but no tester was looking at it.

Then I had it follow the building being placed, but it covered too much of the map.

I hope this is an OK compromise.

@elmowilk Maybe if the info panel was somewhat transparent, it could follow the building? Just a dumb idea.

@ticho It's a good shout and I thought about it but it doesn't fit aesthetically with the rest, imo, it looks "too modern".

I also don't like when the panel follows the sprite and it disappears off-screen if you are close to the border. Ok, you can avoid that with some logic, but it gets complicated fast.

@elmowilk Yep, I figured transparent UI is tricky, both from aesthetic and functional points of view. The text in the panel could be difficult to read, depending on what's on the map "behind" it.
