When I mention "A Living Wage" to persons in conversations, they look at me weirdly. I am living they say, and I am getting paid they say. Rarely do they get it! Whey I ask why they need to work two jobs and still need a roommate to share expenses for an apartment, they look at me cross-eyed.
When I say income inequality. They think I am a commie and get uncomfortable in my presense.
